Sunday, July 12th from 10am-5pm is the final day of this massive, FREE art fair in St Joseph, Michigan. Over 170 artists from all over Michigan and Indiana, but also from Illinois, Iowa, Tennessee, Pennsylvania among others is what you’ll be treated to along the bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. There’s plenty of space for all the foot traffic, strollers, and doggos, so get there early and chat with the artists!
There are so many types of artwork being featured from oil painting and leather goods, to screen printing, blown glass, and copper engraving! I even learned about a new (to me) form of pottery that involves a live fire while being worked (as opposed to being worked and then set in a kiln). Thanks, Michelle Stroud Ceramics!
Some of my favorites are:

Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but I did find veteran parking spots between Park and Pearl St that I didn’t have to pay for!

Also, although there were plenty of treats available from pies to cream horns, cookies, and shaved ice, I took the opportunity to grab a double scoop from my favorite ice cream place in St Joe, Cabana’s!

I sat outside and enjoyed the live music being played outside!
